Due to expansion and planned retirements, our group is currently recruiting board certified or board eligible neonatologists for full and/or part-time positions.

Newborn Care Physicians is one of the oldest and largest private neonatology practices in the Midwest, comprised of 20 physicians. The practice was established over 40 years ago, and during that time only 4 doctors have ever left to take other positions. We staff a total of 5 level III NICUs and 8 level II nurseries throughout southeast Wisconsin. The level III units offer state of the art NICU care, including HFOV, nitric oxide, whole body cooling, transport team, and developmental follow-up clinics. Our group also participates in clinical research trials and our level III units are members of Vermont-Oxford Network. Newborn Care Physicians offers superior continuity of care, excellent compensation and significant schedule flexibility.

Our ideal candidate would have excellent clinical skills and bedside manner, and a demonstrated ability to work well with parents, staff, and neonatal nurse practitioners. We feel that the practice's stability and incredibly high retention rate demonstrate how our group provides an excellent opportunity for a rewarding practice and fulfilling career.

Milwaukee and the surrounding area offer excellent public and private schools, plenty of recreational and cultural activities, award-winning restaurants, lakefront museums, and low cost of living. It is a perfect mix of big city attractions with small town conveniences, offering an exceptional quality of life.

We are unable to support employment visas.
