innesota (East Central) - NNP - Level IV NICU - ENJOY A CULTURAL LIFE FULL OF QUALITY MUSEUMS, LUSH GREENERY, WATER VIEWS, RESTAURANTS AND OVERALL CITY VIBRANCY AND WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST CHILDREN’S HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE COUNTRY. Additional NNPs are needed to help primarily staff its 44-bed, Level IV NICU (ADC 36). Although, rotation to one or two smaller nurseries will occur as needed. The NNPs function collaboratively with the in-house supervising Neonatologists to coordinate the patient care needs of the neonates. The NNPs are also involved in air and ground transport, research projects, and high-risk deliveries. The average NNP caseload varies with each unit. Desired NNPs will have the ability to work well both independently and as a team member. Self-scheduling, rotating 12-hour shifts. Experienced NNPs are preferred; however, new graduates with at least three years of Level III NICU Nursing experience will be considered. MSN + NCC are! also required. These are full-time openings. No travelers will be considered.
