TEXAS (SOUTH) - NNP - New NNP Grads Welcome- *Sign-on Bonus* - JOIN A FRIENDLY, FAMILY-ORIENTED, FLEXIBLE TEAM AND WORK WITHIN BLOCKS OF THE BEACH IN SUNNY SOUTH TEXAS. A not-for-profit children’s hospital in south Texas is seeking additional NNPs to help staff its 57-bed, Level IV NICU. Full-time, 0.9 FTE; 72-hour pay periods. Shifts are comprised of 10 to 12-hour day shifts and 24s. The NNPs care for babies less than 37 weeks in addition to a lot of neonatal cardiac patients, respiratory distress cases, those with infections, birth defects and other illnesses. The unit utilizes Avastin Therapy for ROP, high-frequency vents, N.O., Surfactant Therapy and Cooling Therapy. 24/7 in-house Neonatology coverage. No transport responsibility or delivery attendance. The hospital is offering an excellent salary and benefits package that includes a SIGN-ON BONUS, relocation assistance, and tuition reimbursement for continuing education. NCC & MSN required (unless already licensed in Texas). New NNP graduate candidates MUST have strong Le! vel IV NICU nursing experience to be eligible.
