The Division of Neonatology at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a full-time neonatologist to join them at a busy Level III center in the western suburbs of Chicago! The candidate will join the Lurie Children’s Neonatology team of 5 neonatologists and 3 NNPs at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital (CDH) in the western suburbs of Chicago. The newly remodeled and expanded 35 bed NICU is supported by a large onsite maternal fetal medicine program which features maternal and neonatal transports. Additionally, the Lurie Children’s pediatric program at CDH (5th largest in metro Chicago) includes a 7 bed PICU, inpatient pediatric program with hospitalists, over 35 pediatric specialties including onsite pediatric surgery, pediatric emergency department and extensive outpatient clinics. CDH is a regional referral center with over 650 incoming pediatric transports per year.

The candidate will cover nurseries at Central DuPage Hospital and some coverage at a level II hospital as well as participate in a multidisciplinary neonatal follow up clinic.

The individual must be an MD and be board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine. The candidate should also be licensed in the State of Illinois to practice without restriction.

The proposed start date if flexible and applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
